My friends and I came here for their birthday celebration. The seating arrangements at the old cape quarter were 👌 The music was there and still soft enough for everyone to enjoy conversation. It's always memorable when we go to Kimchi. The service was great, our server was never too far away and kept us well-informed. To be honest, can never go wrong with their KFC and Bulgogi bbq, we went for yum yum and their sweet soy chicken wings ... 10/10. Cocktails are also a delight, as designated driver they recommend the Korean plum soda and I am very happy with my life choices so far.
This was my first Korean BBQ experience and I loved it. Zimkita was friendly, anticipating our needs and braai'd the meat to perfection. The sides were great and seasonal veggies were cooked well. Love loved the Kimchi. I went to the shop across the street to get some and it doesn't taste the same. I'll most definitely go back again, if not for anything, definitely for the Kimchi.
The best kimbap you'll ever have the waiters are really helpful if you don't understand and the food is amazing it's one of my go to places in Cape Town!
Authentic Korean! And I got permission off my Korean partner to say that. She thoroughly enjoyed her Kimchi Stew and me – Bibimbap along with the spicy Edamame. This is one of three favourite restaurants of mine in Cape Town. It is authentic, modern layout with super friendly and efficient staff. I give it five stars for everything as it is not only excellent food but very reasonably priced.
Great friendly service 👌 Food was fresh and delicious. Staff were very attentive. Loads of locals and tourists. 👌 Well supported by the Asian community. A great spot. We will be back. 👏
The meat was bbq’d to perfection by our waitress and everything we ate was delicious!
The best Korean Experience. Not biased at al, I was in South Korea 2 weeks back, and this is the closest! Same-Same but different & only due to the fact that its on South African soil
The best in Cape Town! The food here is same as the food I had in Seoul! Definitely would like to come back.
